Please complete this application and submit it along with a letter of recommendation and verified GPA (minimum 3.0) from your school’s Guidance Counselor or Principal. All materials must be received no later than October 3, 2025.

Applicants will be notified of acceptance via email by October 7, 2025. Upon acceptance, a non-refundable initial fee of $500.00 is due by October 17, 2025.
